By booking an appointment on this website:

• You agree to receive services via Telehealth.
• You have read our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Billing Policy 
• You are aware that Bulk Billed appointments are only available to young people living in rural and remote areas (Modified Monash Model 2019 -areas MM2 -MM7). The booking process still requires a credit card but no fees are charged. Normal fees applies to young people living in Metropolitan areas (Modified Monash Model 2019- area MM1) and payment is required in full at the time of your appointment.
